About Cargill in Chile
Cargill arrived in Chile in 2015 after acquiring EWOS, one of the world's leading fish feed companies. Since then, Cargill has a presence in the country and the aquaculture industry, through a manufacturing plant located in the town of Coronel, in the Bío Bío region; a Distribution Center and offices in Puerto Montt; in addition to a Fish Health Innovation Centre in the coastal town of Colaco (Cargill Innovation center Colaco), in Los Lagos Region.
Our activities in Chile include the manufacture and sales of aquaculture feed, which are delivered to our salmon farmer customers from the Araucanía Region to Chilean Patagonia, in the Magellan region. Also from Chile, we export quality aquatic foods to the world, marketed under the EWOS brand.
